You already have strong Eastern European/Muscovy and crusader-era experience (Big Blue Blob, KHAAAAAAN, Basileus, Why is the Rûm gone!?), so chasing regional goals to dominate the Balkans, eliminate fellow Rus rivals, and fully control/convert Russia as a Teutonic/Livonian-style power naturally build on your existing skillset and map control.
Achievements
As Tver, Yaroslavl, Ryazan, Beloozero, Rostov or Odoyev, eliminate all other Rurikovich nations without changing your ruling dynasty.
As Teutonic Order or Livonian Order, own all of Russia as core provinces and convert it to Catholic.
