Pretty much nightmare mode of the same as Shemot is Not. Why?

Because there are only two Jewish provinces in the game, it always amounts to conquering them and spawning religious zealots. The question is who gets there first. And while as Mamluks it's only a question of time, for Mutapa it's the question of conquering your way until someone else (Ethiopia) conquers and converts them to their faith.
